Billing Information
To order our products online, make sure you have your major credit card info (AMEX, MASTER CARD OR VISA). The name and address must match exactly as it appears on your card and/or billing statement. In addition, you must provide your Credit Card Identification Number(CID) that is located on the back of your master card or visa (3 DIGIT) and on the front if you have AMEX (4 DIGIT).

Paypal handles our online payments, you do not have to have a paypal account to purchase online.

Lay-a-Way
We do offer a convenient Lay-a-way program....Please contact us to discuss the terms and conditions of the program.

Returns
Since all of our products are custom made normally all sales are final. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us.

Shipping
These cribs are approximately 180 lbs, so all items are shipped Freight Collect. Please call for an estimate from your state. You will be responsible for shipping cost at the delivery of your order. Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery.
